Management Vectors Seminars and Workshops
“I Do and I Understand.” These simple words attributed to Confucius state the intent of our education and training programs – to help our learners to understand. Adults learn by doing. Our classes use case and scenario-based learning techniques to encourage active learning and get the learners involved in and committed to their own learning and performance. The training objectives are based on our client’s training and education requirements. Working in small groups, our learners are provided the necessary background information and material to effectively resolve the issues presented. They may work on actual cases or scenarios tailored to meet our client’s requirements. The real learning takes place, however, during the review when our learners present their solutions and defend their thoughts and ideas among their peers and are guided and coached by our learning facilitators. Our intent is to help your employees develop their creativity and innovation while learning to work in small groups and develop collaboration and decision making skills. Through active learning, learning by doing, and working in small groups, employees develop those critical thinking skills that are essential for success in today’s fast-paced, ever changing work environments. Our focus is to develop a learning program tailored to meet our client’s requirements.
Management Vectors, Inc. offers a series of seminars and workshops described below.
